Hello, friends—

August has brought exciting progress for Gathered Pages Collective, and we are thrilled to share a few updates with you.

We are officially a 501(c)(3) nonprofit!

We recently received formal confirmation from the IRS that Gathered Pages Collective has been granted tax-exempt status. This is an important milestone for our organization and one that will allow us to continue building a strong foundation for the work ahead.

Our first pilot partnerships are underway.

We are partnering with three different groups to pilot our first Gathered Pages book club boxes. These partnerships will give us the opportunity to see the boxes in action, gather meaningful feedback, and learn how we can best create book club experiences that foster connection, conversation, and belonging.

The boxes are becoming a reality.

We have placed our first orders for the box materials, with the generous help of Curtis Gippe, who designed the boxes for us. Watching an idea that began as a collection of conversations and sketches take physical shape has been incredibly exciting.

We have also purchased stickers, pins, and bookmarks from women-owned businesses to include in the boxes. It was important to us that, whenever possible, the details inside each box reflect our larger commitment to supporting and celebrating women.

There is still much to do before the first boxes are delivered, but each of these steps brings us closer to gathering women around shared stories.
